"Keisha Shontelle is known for her versatility as a singer, a song writer and also her ability to deliver raw lyrics as a rapper. Keisha came up the same way many aspiring singers do through church and school choirs. She set herself apart at an early age by writing her own songs to express her feelings about the world that she was experiencing. She grew from an exceptional child into the experienced woman that she is today and her music reflects that in her soulful singing and her gritty rap lyrics.
Beginning in 1998 her music career began to blossom. She began recording her own songs with original beats. Instantly she was a local radio favorite, always winning the battle of the songs even against established artists. She began opening up for various acts at concerts in North Carolina such as Jagged Edge, Sunshine Anderson, Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes.
To date she has worked closely with 9th Wonder of Little Brother (Atlantic/ABB), Little Brother (Atlantic/ABB), Freeway (Def Jam/Roc-A-Fella), Ness (Badboy), Buckshot (Duck Down), Joe Scudda (HOJ/6th Hole), Spectac (Principals of Entertainment), K-Hill (Kick-A-Verse), Legacy (HOJ/6th Hole), Panama Gat (Dope Muzik) and several others.
She has been called on to not only sing hooks but also to write them and contribute to the writing process. Her discography is a testament to her ability to write infectious hooks as well as perform them. Keisha is currently working on her own album as well as featuring on several mixtapes and other artists albums this year. "

Refreshingly Minty- Aapplemint Blog

After yesterdays succesful use of (work)time perusing food blogs, I continued looking for dessert recipes only to stumble upon "Aapplemint". Kate who lives in Ghana, but also travels to India for work, provides readers with a wide variety of more exotic recipes, using ingredients and produce found native in the countries(and her backyard!). The food pictures are beautiful but what I really enjoy is how she incorporates all the Cultural background behind the food ingredients and also shares insight on the every day traditions native to the countries. Her Blog is still somewhat new compared to the last one but the content is just as good :)

I'm really excited to try the Jasmine Ice Cream Recipe and The Aloe Vera Coolers. Who has a Ice Cream Machine I can borrow!?!?!? :)

Milk And Cookies: A Delactable Aussie Blog

So here I sit at work, and recently I've had this weird urge to want to bake all the time. I decided to look up some cookie receipes and stumbled upon this Blog. It's called "Milk and Cookies" by a girl named Jennifer living in Sidney Australia. Her Blog consists of a number of restaurant reviews but most importantly a plethora of delactable mouth watering receipes to try out. Receipes from Muffins, Cookies, Pasta, and Cake....It will definately be enough to satisfy my Baking craze recently. I can't wait to try out this Lavender Shortbread Receipe. But Check it out :)

Bike Madness!!!!!!!

Marco and Jordan have had Bike Fever for the past couple months :) Marco was the first to pick up his bike. He got a ridiculous deal on a 2006 Honda CBR600RR, It's like Sex on Wheels I tell You :) Some shots I took of it. Can't wait to shoot some more in Action and when Jordan gets his!!!!!!!!
